Policy Although Psonex recognise the need for competitive tendering, the quality
of product often recommended and/or provided by some installers
may be downgraded or excluded for reasons of competitive pricing.
However, Psonex believes this practice to be inappropriate as it very
often results in customer dissatisfaction at a later date. Psonex's commitment will hopefully be fully recognised very shortly as we strive towards achieving BS EN ISO 9002 accreditation (Formerly BS5750 Part 2). This is seen as purely the beginning of our journey to ensure continual improvement in our operations and processes.
